1. Candidate should have aptitude to work in rural, tribal or urban slum areas and should possess capabilities and skill to supervise the work of the grass-root level field staff. 
2. Should know to speak or write Khasi, Jaintia or Garo Language.
3. Should have knowledge of Computer Application.

• Other Qualification : 2 years course in Handloom Technology.

• Grade : IV
• Educational Qualifications : Class VIII Passed and above

 

Applications should be submitted in the Standard Form duly supported by testimonials as prescribed in Part IX of the Gazette of Meghalaya along with 3 (three) copie of recent passport size photograph. The original Certificates are to be produced at the time of interview. Candidate failing to produce the aforementioned document on the day of interview will have their candidature  immediately disqualified. Applicants are also to submit the self addressed stamp envelop (size 9"x 4") while giving the application form.

 

Application will be received in the office of the Deputy Commissioner, District Selection Committe, Branch, North Garo Hills District, Resubelpara.

 

Selection Process : The Candidates applying  for the under mentioned posts shall have to take speed test/Written test/Physical Test/Viva-voce, whenever conducted by the District Selection Committee, North Garo Hills District, Resubelpara.  Candidate must appear for speed test/Written test/ Interview at his/her own expenses when called for.

 

EXAMINATION FEES  :

1. Only DSC Challan shall be used for payment of the examination fee,no other mode of payment will be accepted.
2. Examination Fee : Rs. 100 for General and Rs. 50 for ST/SC.

Note:-  Those Applicants who will pay at State Bank of India, Resubelpara Branch, there will be no additional amount in the form of bank's commission but those who willm pay examination fees other than SBI, Resubelpara Branch, an additional amount of Rs. 35/- only in the form of Bank commission has to be paid.

 

ST & SC Exam fees- Rs. 50/- + Rs. 35 /- (Bank Charges) = Rs. 85/-

General Exam fees- Rs. 100/-  + Rs. 35/- (Bank Charges) = Rs. 135/-
