Cantonment Board Shillong Recruitment 2019:- Cantonment Board Shillong invites applications from eligible candidates for the following posts. The last date for submission of application is 19.12.2019.

1. Post Name:- Safaiwala

• No of posts:- 13 (UR-7, ST-6)
• Age limit:- 18- 25 years. The upper age is relaxable as per Govt rules.
• Pay Scale:- Level-1 (in the pay matrix of Revised Pay Structure) plus allowances as admissible.
• Educational Qualification:- Primary School passed.

2. Post Name:- Fitter (Water Supply)

• No of posts:- 1 (UR-1)
• Age limit:- 18- 25 years. The upper age is relaxable as per Govt rules.
• Pay Scale:- Level-2 (in the pay matrix of Revised Pay Structure) plus allowances as admissible.
• Educational Qualification:- Primary School Standard passed with Trade test pass as fitter (water supply).

3. Post Name:- Chowkidar

• No of posts:- 2 (UR-2)
• Age limit:- 18- 25 years. The upper age is relaxable as per Govt rules.
• Pay Scale:- Level-1 (in the pay matrix of Revised Pay Structure) plus allowances as admissible.
• Educational Qualification:- Below Matriculation/ HSLC etc.

4. Post Name:- Lower Division Assistant

• No of posts:- 1 (UR-1)
• Age limit:- 18- 25 years. The upper age is relaxable as per Govt rules.
• Pay Scale:- Level-5 (in the pay matrix of Revised Pay Structure) plus allowances as admissible.
• Educational Qualification:- HSLC/SSSLC pass or equivalent.
• Desirable:- Knowledge of computer and typing in English.

How to apply for Cantonment Board Shillong Recruitment 2019

Completed application form in all respects i.e with Xerox attested copies of certificates, Age Proof Certificate (attested), four self-addressed stamped envelopes, one self-addressed postcard, and 2 (two) color passport size photograph should be addressed to “The Chief Executive Officer, Shillong Cantonment Board, 13 Pine Walk Area, Shillong-793001”. The post applied for should be superscribed on the envelope.
Applications should be sent through registered post only. The last date for submission of application is 19.12.2019.
The application form can be downloaded from the official website i.e. www.cbshillong.org.in/forms.html. No other application form shall be accepted.

For applications from outside the state of Meghalaya and Assam, the last date will be 02.01.2020. 
The written test/ Skill test/ Physical test/ Interview venue will be intimated later. The written test will be conducted in English medium only.

D.D of Rs. 100/- (Rs. 50/- for candidates belonging to ST/ SC/ OBC) drawn in favor of “Chief Executive Officer, Shillong Cantonment Board” should be enclosed along with the applications.
