Offline application in Standard Form as prescribed in Part IX of the Gazette of Meghalaya affixing
two copies of recent passport size photograph along with the required documents should be
submitted on or before 20th December, 2019. A window envelope (4 cms x 9cms) size affixing
postage stamp of Rs. 5/- only should be submitted along with the application .
