Indian Army Shillong Recruitment Rally 2020:- An Army Open Recruitment Rally will be held for qualified competitors of all regions of Meghalaya from 04 May 2020 to 06 May 2020 at Assam Regimental Center, Happy Valley Shillong.
1. Category:- Soldier General Duty
Age limit:- 17½ to 21 years. Conceived between 01 Oct 1999 to 01 Apr 2003.
Educational Qualification:- Class tenth/Matric go with 45% checks in total and 33% stamps in each subject. For Boards following reviewing framework least of D Grade (33-40) in singular subjects or evaluation which contains 33% and by and large total of C2 grade.
2. Category:- Soldier Technical (Nursing Assistant)
Age limit:- 17½ to 21 years. Conceived between 01 Oct 1997 to 01 Apr 2003.
Educational Qualification:- 10+2/Intermediate Exam go in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English with least half stamps total and 40% checks in each subject

3. Category:- Soldier Technical
Age limit:- 17½ to 21 years. Conceived between 01 Oct 1997 to 01 Apr 2003.
Educational Qualification:- 10+2/Intermediate Examination go in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths, and English with least half checks in total and 40% mks in each subject.
4. Category:- Soldier Clk/SKT
Age limit:- 17½ to 21 years. Conceived between 01 Oct 1997 to 01 Apr 2003.
Educational Qualification:- 10+2/Intermediate Exam go in any stream (Arts, Commerce, and Science) with 60% checks in total and least half stamps in each subject. Making sure about half in English and Maths/Account/Book Keeping in class twelfth is compulsory.
5. Category:- Soldier Tradesman tenth Pass
Age limit:- 17½ to 21 years. Conceived between 01 Oct 1997 to 01 Apr 2003.
Educational Qualification:- Class tenth Simple Pass. No stipulation in total rate however ought to have scored at least 33% in each subject.
6. Category:- Soldier Tradesman eighth Pass
Age limit:- 17½ to 21 years. Conceived between 01 Oct 1997 to 01 Apr 2003.
Educational Qualification:- Class eighth Simple Pass (for Syce, House Keeper and Mess Keeper). No stipulation in total rate however ought to have scored at least 33% in each subject.

Admit Card
Photo: Twenty copies of unattested Passport size color photographs in white background.
Educational Certificate: Martic/Intermediate/Graduation and so on. Temporary/Online instruction testament ought to be confirmed ink marked by the leader of the instructive organization of concerned Board/University. Competitors with matric endorsements from open school ought to bring school leaving declaration countersigned by BEO/DEO.
Caste Certificate affixed with a photograph.
Religion Certificate issued by the Tehsildar/SDM (if religion as “SIKH/ HINDU/ MUSLIM/ CHRISTIAN” is not mentioned in the caste certificate.
School Character Certificate issued by the School/College Principal/ headmaster where the candidate last studied.
Character Certificate with photograph issued by Village Sarpanch/ Municipal Corporation within the last six months.
Unmarried Certificate for candidates less than 21 years of age with photographs issued by village Sarpanch/Municipal Corporation within the last six months.
- (i) Relationship certificate issued from respective records office only duly signed by records Officer with Personal number, Rank, Name and particular of the records officer issuing the relationship Certificate with office seal/stamp is endorsed.
- (ii) Original Discharge Book of Ex-Serviceman also to be produced, Name and date of birth of the candidate must have been recorded in it.
Sports Certificate
Affidavit duly signed by candidate on Rs 10/- Nonjudicial Stamp paper in prescribed format duly attested by notary will be submitted by the candidate.
Single Bank A/C, PAN Card & Aadhar Card are mandatory documents for final enrolment for purpose of pay and allowances and other social benefits scheme
Selection Procedure
Selection will be based on Physical Measurement (At Rally Site), Medical Test and Written Test. The written tests will be conducted for medicinally fit applicants at the designated setting. Area, date and time of the composed test will be insinuated at rally site and through Admit Cards.
